Tardis afghan

I am an active member of ravelry.com qnd upon todays browsing I found an afghan that looks just like the tardis, or police box from doctor who. I think I feel a project coming on. I'm having a lot of fun making this blanket for my husband but it's also a lot of work too. It's too hard to make something the size that this blanket happens to be with a chart that is smaller than an eight and a half by 11 piece of paper so right now I'm currently working on converting the chart to written pattern that way I could share it with all of you and you won't have to go through the headache that I am going through right now. I promise guys, I'll get it done eventually! Anyway as I work on this tardis blanket I'll keep you updated and ill post a link to the pattern. Happy crocheting all (:

Black flag crochet

So I don't know how many of you are video game players, but I am and right now I am working on a video game inspired project. I'm making my husband a blanket with the symbol from Assassin's Creed 4 black flag.  I made a chart and now I'm doing the long and tedious process of counting each individual Square and making sure that my written pattern is exactly like my graph.  I'll post pictures and tell you how my project goes and if there's a little video gamer in you that would love to have this blanket ill have it listed as soon as I get finished writing the written pattern I will post the pattern alongside the graph for sale on here so just wait and see! love you good night!

My Addiction

Hi everyone my name is Rebecca you may know me from my other blog post As you grow older,  and also from and score one for gamer mama. As I have mentioned in my other blogs, I am a super crafty stay at home mother and of all my favorite things to do my top favorite things to do it to crochet. I'm starting a blog so that y'all can follow me on my adventure through the world of crochet I've been crocheting for about 3 in a half years now it is my guilty pleasure. If I have a moment to spare, I'm crocheting.. if I have a second in between the dinner and bed time, I'm crocheting. if my daughter taking a nap I'm crocheting and so on and so on. When I going to the store, I immediately go for the aisle with the yarn and hooks.  I purposely take alternate routes when going places just so i can stop by the craft store and even though it is an expensive hobby, I just can't stop. As I mentioned,  crochet is my addiction.
